Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blanketo (blanketo.se), a PDF-to-post service operated by [OPERATOR_NAME] (org. nr [ORG_NUMBER]), a sole trader registered in Sweden. By using Blanketo you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Blanketo allows you to upload a PDF document and have it printed and mailed to a Swedish postal address via Ekopost, a licensed Swedish hybrid mail operator. Blanketo is a pay-per-use service. No account is required. Each transaction is independent.

2. Geographic scope

At launch, Blanketo supports delivery to addresses in Sweden only. Recipient addresses outside Sweden are not accepted.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use Blanketo to send lawful content. You must not upload PDFs that contain: • Illegal material of any kind under Swedish or EU law. • Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group. • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. • Spam or unsolicited commercial communications. • Material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Blanketo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these conditions, and to report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and exclude VAT (Blanketo is operated below the Swedish VAT registration threshold of 120,000 SEK per year). Current prices: • Black & white: 60 SEK base fee + 8 SEK per page • Colour: 80 SEK base fee + 12 SEK per page The cover page added by Blanketo is not counted in your page total. Prices may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Accepted methods at launch: card (Visa, Mastercard), Swish, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment is processed immediately. By completing payment you confirm that you have the right to use the chosen payment method and that the details provided are accurate.

6. Refund policy

Blanketo operates an automatic refund policy in the event of a technical failure: • If our system fails to submit your document to Ekopost after payment (synchronous failure), your payment is automatically refunded in full. You will receive a confirmation email. • If Ekopost reports that processing of your letter has failed after submission (asynchronous failure), your payment is automatically refunded in full. You will receive a confirmation email. Once your document has been successfully submitted to Ekopost for printing and mailing, the transaction is final and no refund is available. Ekopost's processing is irreversible at that point. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Delivery

Printing and mailing is handled by Ekopost. Estimated delivery within Sweden is 1–4 working days via economy post. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Blanketo is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery caused by postal operators, incorrect addresses provided by the user, or events outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

Blanketo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for the content of documents you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring the content of your PDF is lawful and appropriate. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swedish consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the PDF you upload. By using Blanketo you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your PDF solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This licence terminates automatically once your data is deleted (within 30 minutes of processing).

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Blanketo after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se) for alternative dispute resolution.
